Round up your family and head to a free, fun event at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls to participate in ag-related exhibits and education on June 5!
Who Should Come?
Any and all families and kids who want to have a fun and educational Saturday are welcome to attend Ag Day. That means you!
Ag Day offers the opportunity to learn about the significance of agriculture in our state and region. Whether you’ve got “farm kid” roots, you want to learn more about how agriculture affects your daily life, or you just need something to do on a Saturday, this event is a blast for all. Your kids can engage in hands-on activities and have a free lunch featuring South Dakota-made products.
Plus, the Stockyard Ag Experience will host an exhibit during Ag Day, so stop by to say “hello” to our museum team and see what we have to teach you. We’d love to see your family there!
See What Past Events Are Like
We’ve been celebrating Ag Day in Sioux Falls for several years, and in the video above you can see what the event is like. Adults and kids alike always enjoy attending.
“Ag Day at the Washington Pavilion has always been a great day to learn more about agriculture through hands-on activities and more,” Abby Bischoff, Executive Director of the Stockyard Ag Experience, says. “Make sure you stop by the Stockyards Ag Experience booth for a craft and some ag education. Our team will be waiting for you!”
